Greater Bay Area Chapter ATU Latino Caucus

On the evening of October 18th, 2008,  the Greater Bay Area Chapter of the ATU International Latino Caucus recived its recoginition from our International Latino Caucus.  A good time was had by all.  In attendence:

• Chuck Cook, ATU International Vice President
• Corina De LaTorre, Recording Secretary ATU International Latino Caucus
• Antonio Vargas, Western Representive of the ATU International Latino Caucus
  
• Ray Messier, President of ATU Local 1575

Sworn in as Officers of the Greater Bay Area Latino Caucus of the ATU Internationa Latino Caucus:

• Chairperson, Ignacio Sandoval
• Vice-Chairperson, Tersa Dentkos
• Treasurer, Charles Robinson
• Recording Secretary, Mark Kroncke

After the swaring in, several speeches were made, and the officers held our first e-board meeting.  After our meeting, of course we had to swap some stories, and a few laughs.  And I want to particularly thank Vice-Chairperson Teresa Dentkos for her dedication to organizing this meeting/celebration.  And Antonio Vargas, your tireless efforts and devotion over these past months brought us to this moment.  And of course, thanks for everyone  involved in this effort, and who took the time to support us.  Thank you all.
